Methods of Payment:
If you would like to
purchase from our website and do not have a PayPal account, go to www.paypal.com to set-up an account. It’s free & the safest method of credit
card purchasing on the web.
If you would like to pay
via phone by Visa and/or Mastercard, e-mail us your
phone number along with your order and we will call you within 24 hours. Please
do not e-mail us any credit card information!!!
If you choose to pay via
Money Order or Cashier’s Check, send payment payable to Scarlette Dove along
with your completed order form to the address listed below. Do not
send cash…we will not be held responsible for any orders that send cash!!!
Policies for Returns and Exchanges:
We at Scarlette Dove value
your business. If for any reason you are
unhappy with your purchase just return your order securely wrapped, postage paid,
and insured to the address below for a full refund or exchange. Be sure to include your invoice along with
your return. Shipping and handling
charges will not be refunded. All
returns and exchanges must be received within 15 days of the shipping date.
If your purchase arrives
damaged please e-mail us immediately.
We will make every effort to replace your item. Please be aware that due to the handcrafted
nature of our products, many are limited in quantity and availability. If for this reason we cannot replace the item
you originally ordered, we will assist you by suggesting similar products or
crediting your credit card account the full price of the item. Shipping charges will be refunded if the item
we sent is defective or damaged.
Please note that we cannot accept returns/exchanges on light switch
plates that have already been punctured through for the hardware.
**There are absolutely NO RETURNS/REFUNDS on “special
orders” or “personalized” items!!**
Shipping and Handling:
All orders are shipped via First Class
Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation.
This is done to protect the customer, us, and your jewelry and/or art work
purchase. If you are not home to sign
for your package be prepared to pick up your package at the post office. Please contact us via e-mail at scarlettedove@yahoo.com if you
request other shipping options. See the
following information for shipping and handling charges.
Shipping:
Up to $14.99………add $5.95 SH
$15.00 - $35.00 ……add $7.95 SH
$35.01 - $75.00 ……add $9.95 SH
$75.01 - $100.00 ….add $11.95 SH
$100.01 – and up....add $13.95 SH
International Orders:
All international orders
will be shipped via AirMail
only…NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Unfortunately AirMail
does not come with delivery confirmation.
There is an additional charge for overseas confirmation.
For international orders,
please submit your order via e-mail along with your address/country postal code
for a shipping quote before placing an order.
This will help speed your order process.
Special Orders:
For special orders or “personalizing an order” there is a 25% down non-refundable
deposit required. This amount will be
applied to your order but will not be refunded if you decide to cancel.

Backorders:
Due to the handcrafted
nature of our products, many are limited in quantity and availability. If for any reason your item is on backorder
we will e-mail you immediately. Back
order items vary but the time frame normally runs between 1-2 weeks. The items available will be sent out and you
will not be charged an additional shipping charge for the remaining items on
back order.
