We at Scarlette Dove value your business. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just return your order securely wrapped, postage paid, and insured to the address below for a full refund or exchange.
Be sure to include your PayPal invoice along with your return. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
All returns and exchanges must be received within 15 days of the shipping date.
If your purchase arrives damaged please e-mail us immediately. We will make every effort to replace your item. Please be aware that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, many are limited in quantity and availability. If for this reason we cannot replace the item you originally ordered, we will assist you by suggesting similar products or crediting your credit card account the full price of the item. Shipping charges will be refunded if the item we sent is defective or damaged.
Please note: We cannot accept returns/exchanges on light switch plates that have already been punctured through for the hardware.
**There are absolutely NO RETURNS/REFUNDS on “special orders” or “personalized” items!!**
All orders are shipped via First Class Mail from San Antonio, Texas and come with insurance and delivery confirmation.

Yes we do. We require overseas customers to please submit your order via e-mail along with your address/country postal code for a shipping quote before placing an order. This will help speed your order process.
Separate shipping rates apply for international orders. Please e-mail us with your order and shipping information and we will get back to you within 48 hours with a shipping quote.
All international orders are shipped via US AirMail with the exception of Italy. Orders placed from Italy will be shipped via FedEx only!
Unfortunately AirMail does not come with delivery confirmation. Refunds will not be given for “lost” or “undelivered” items via US AirMail. If you are overseas, we strongly suggest you pay the extra shipping for FedEx.
In stock items usually ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive two emails after your order was placed. The first email will state your item is being processed, and the second email will arrive when your order ships with the delivery tracking information.
If you choose to pay via phone all delivery confirmation information will be sent to you in an email once your order ships.
We will gladly accept custom orders, commissions, and personalization of our products.
For custom orders or “personalizing an order” there is a 50% down non-refundable deposit required before we begin to customize any item. This amount will be applied to your order but will not be refunded if you decide to cancel.

Yes, we offer gift certificates via PayPal in increments of $20.00, $50.00, $75.00, $100.00, $150.00, and $200.00

Yes!! We have a studio space located on the Northwest side of San Antonio (off Bandera/Culebra). This is also the workspace where all the creativity happens! Hours of operation are by appointment only. Contact Us if you’re interested in stopping by.

Yes we offer wholesale to brick & mortar retailers. Meaning you have to have a store, gallery, or boutique to carry our merchandise. Absolutely no online retailers!
If you are interested in wholesale please note that there is a $350.00 minimum and you must submit your request via Contact Form. Please include where your store/gallery is located and what pieces you are interested in for wholesale.
